HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

I RECEIVED MY TRACKING DETAILS, BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ANY MOVEMENT! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at mrmasterclassteam@gmail.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you!
WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP WITH?
All U.S. and International orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx.
ARE THERE DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Depending on the country of residence, you may have to pay fees! Please ask us about your specific country so we can confirm for you!

- High quality U.S. made 342 GSM and 14 mill canvas with a satin finish.
- Our archival canvas contains no optical brighteners and will not yellow over time.
- Our premium latex water-based ink is Greenguard and Ecologo certified for low chemical emissions and reduced environmental impact.
- Latex inks are superior to solvent inks when it comes to image quality, scratch resistance, and durability.
- All sets are made with mirrored edges and stretched by hand by our experts and gallery wrapped over high quality SPF wooden frames. NOT hazardous MDF!
- All sets come ready to hang with 1.5 inch industrial sawtooth hangers!
*Every Canvas is HAND framed so there may be a Very Slight discrepancy between the pictured image and the final product. Rest assured we will NEVER send anything out that isn't as close to perfect as possible.
WHY IS THE COLOR OF MY CANVAS PRINT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?
Please note that due to differences in monitor color settings, the color you see on your computer or mobile device may be slightly different than the print you receive. We print colors that are true to the artist's specifications and cannot alter the original artwork. We can always exchange to a different design for you! Please refer to our Returns Policy!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. Custom orders are the only products on the site that are FINAL SALE items.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
